And we can always retrieve a backup copy really fast. All our backups are stored on a special server with a RAID array of hard disks, so if anything happens to your content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a VPS Server, you have absolute freedom to install any script or service on your it. Still, a part of the scripts are harder to install and may require some additional configuration from you. That is where our Managed Services deal can come in real handy. It features thirty minutes of installation & problem–solving duties – this means that you can literally hire one of our expert server administrators for 30 min and have him help you with the installation of any software whatsoever that you desire. Or have him resolve a problem that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services deal is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an optional feature with the KVM VPS Servers.
